PROJECT OVERVIEW

Led a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand awareness and adoption of Adobe Express among U.S. college students. Combined in-depth market research, segmentation, strategic planning, and visual storytelling to position Adobe Express as the go-to tool for student creativity and productivity—ultimately earning 1st place at the AMA International Collegiate Conference.

1. Project Leadership & Planning

  • Co-led the case team, managing project timelines, research delegation, and quality control from kickoff to final submission

  • Structured the project into phases: research, strategy development, report writing, and (later) finalist presentation prep

OUTCOME

  • Led the winning team of 75+ schools in the 2024 AMA International Collegiate Case Competition, placing 1st internationally

  • Developed the campaign “Level Up with Adobe Express” and produced a 40-page report, 200+ slide appendix, and live pitch deck

  • Delivered a strategic presentation to executives from Adobe and Deloitte Digital with supplementary Q&A

  • Created a fully interactive appendix to document our methodology, reinforcing credibility and strategic depth

  • Set a milestone as IU’s first AMA international win, achieved through strategic leadership and creative execution
