PROJECT SHOWCASE
2023 SuitShop Case Competition
Indiana University Kelley Honors Student | Business Writing | Sponsored by SuitShop & EY
PROJECT OVERVIEW
As part of a semester-long team competition, we were challenged to explore growth opportunities for SuitShop, a direct-to-consumer suiting company known for affordability and inclusivity. Our task was to conduct market research, identify scalable opportunities, and pitch a compelling expansion strategy to the company’s founders. After in-depth research into emerging wedding trends, consumer behavior, and platform analytics, our team proposed a strategic partnership with Carats & Cake, an online wedding planning platform. This low-cost marketing solution would allow SuitShop to reach DIY couples and cost-conscious Gen Z and Millennial consumers while maintaining its sustainable and inclusive brand image. I led the graphic design for our full-length report and contributed to business writing efforts that communicated our insights and strategy effectively.
